All Bosses & Strategies →Common Mistakes
- Skipping the Witch's Lantern — Night enemies kill you on your first cycle. Craft it before sundown.
- Exploring too far too early — Higher-level biomes have enemies you can't handle. Stay in Meadows initially.
- Entering Shuddersands without heat resistance — You take passive damage. Craft Lotus Brew first.
- Ignoring familiars — Familiars provide combat support and crafting bonuses. Bond at least one early.
- Rushing the Spire — The Spire is endgame content. Build up gear, familiars, and collect keys first.
